HomeRun Liquidations

Because we sell liquidation, overstock, and discounted merchandise, all returns are subject to the policy below. Please review carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only on eligible items that meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be:

    • Unused

    • In the same condition as received

    • With all original packaging and components included

Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be approved.

Restocking Fee

  • All approved returns are subject to a $7.99 restocking fee

  • This fee helps cover the cost of return shipping and processing

  • The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked Final Sale or As-Is

  • Items described as:

    • Missing parts possible

    • Untested

    • Used / As-Is

    • Clearance or heavily discounted

  • Heavy or oversized items **by discretion of HomeRun Liquidations-- returns for these items will be on a case by case basis**

These items are clearly labeled on the product page. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

If approved, return instructions will be provided. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refund amount = item price minus the $7.99 restocking fee

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can review and assist.

Important Notes

  • Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, minor cosmetic imperfections may be present and do not qualify as defects unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
